Prompt, properly administered first aid care can mean the difference between life and death. This course will cover a variety of emergency scenarios and the appropriate first aid care. - Recall basic first aid techniques to treat sudden illness (such as fainting, seizures, diabetic emergencies, severe allergic reactions, heart attacks, asthma attacks and stroke), poisoning, stings and bites, and heat- and cold-related illnesses
